Colonial Heights Community
Colonial Heights is a forty-four unit Townhouse cluster community located in The City of Alexandria, Virginia. One of the most complimented features in the community is the center green space island with its gazebo. The community also has approximately one acre of forested green space encompassing the North and West buffer areas. These areas will never be developed and the the community shares caretaking with the Northern Virginia Consrvation Trust (NVCT). They provide expert advice and once a year volunteer labor to assist in the health of the forest.
The community is approximately 2.5 miles West on Duke Street from the center of Alexandria City. It was built in 1986 under a Development Special Use Permit (DSUP). The townhomes are of colonial archectecture with a mix of garage and non-garage units. The town houses are three stories units and a mix of two or three bedroom configurations. The living spaces are approximately 1700 - 1800 square feet depending on whether or not there is a garage.
Colonial Height Homeowners Association is self-managed. The association's Board of Directors does all of the day-to-day management of our community.
